Well WICO is pretty high in your load order, probably another mod editing the same npcs that is loaded beneath. Take note of where the WICO esps are right now in your load order for backup reference, then try moving the WICO esps to the bottom of your load order and see if the black faces are still there. #1.

You might want to look at either Diversity, Foxy Skyrim or Total Character Makeover. Other than those you'll only find mods that change certain NPCs but are not as extensive as WICO or those mentioned above. Total Character Makeover is really well done and Coverkhajits for the kitties (Oldrim mod but works fine in SE).
