The fix is to go into the system settings (from the main Switch home menu), go to Data Management, find the entry without an icon/title, and Delete it from Data Management. None of the shops seem to be working right now. Only Quota. I've tried deleting all of them, closing and opening Tinfoil after adding one of them to try it out then deleting it and refreshing Tinfoil and adding a new one and so on.Go to "File browser" hit minus to add a new store, for protocol put "https" then for host put "pengu.us". Then save and reboot tinfoil. I don't think tinfoil comes shops. You will need to add the to tinfoil. I think there is a thread about what shops are there.
