For the key portion it wants the 10 digit sn off the back of the fob. Using the app it will give you 2 sets of numbers to plug into the app and then ask you to tell it the first key generated. Then either check the cd-key in your account settings on the website to activate the app on your new phone or remove the old security key and add a new one.
