The real value in the swap scroll is the furniture and SI. None of your "bad" heroes (khasos, fawkes, lucius, etc) have anything invested into those two categories. So, in that sense, its probably not worth using. You're probably better off waiting until one of your fringe heroes falls out of the meta completely like Safiya, Saurus or Izold.
