Thanks. ~3500 sq ft. I just recently upgraded my Fios speed. Unfortunately they had to relocate the router to the basement. So I now have to orbi router plugged into it. One satellite on the 1st fl and another on the second fl. Some of my devices are connecting to the satellite on the second fl even though they are closer to the 1st fl.

Running rbr20 w/ 3 rbs20. Have some devices hooked up ethernet to isp modem no problem only devices etherneted to orbi router or satellite that go down. Orbi router turns pink 2-3 times a day satellites stay with no light. I’ve factory reset played with all settings changed cables and still. This is an orbi problem. Very unfortunate.

I thought there was a RESET in the Advance Tab within 192-168-1-1. You can use both. Button press for 15 seconds then release is recommended. ERASE under Advanced tab/Backup is were you can factory reset the RBR using it's web page. I ended up using the Reset Button on both Router & Satellite units.Reset button.
