I am working on figuring out why it sometimes resets, and sometimes does not. According to manual, , it should reset the next time you go into Reverse IIRC. I am struggling to find a pattern with the behavior. It's merely irritating to drive around with orange warning lights ablaze in a brand new car.. Or turned off permanently with the "sonar audible alert" setting; haven't tried that. It sounds like the Gen6 made the RAB setting sticky over multiple car on-off cycles, where the Gen5 resets the RAB to "on" each time the car is turned off.
