Apr 25, 2018 · Took the satellite downstairs and set it near the router (~6 feet away.) Tried to sync - still failed. Then I hit the reset with a paper clip. Did a sync. The web page tells me sync is successful, but the Orbi satellite still does not show up as a satellite. Then the satellite goes to a magenta ring, signifying that the sync did not work. Have to toggle my wifi connection on the phone to get it update the link. This is really frustrating. My system info: Router: RBR50 V2.6.1.40. RBS 1 (Garage, wireless connection): RBS50 V2.6.1.40.
