Jake brake not working on high.

My Jake brakes were working good then they suddenly got week. Manifold pressure is down as well but I believe its a sensor because the truck is running good. Changed out all three sylinoids. jakes are working in low med and high however doesnt hold you back. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do.
