Installing gshade.
GShade is a modded version of ReShade, so it has even more features and is more complex to use. you certainly have DirectX installed or your game wouldn't run (or OpenGL if you have a non-Metal Mac). so in this case, you'd also need to choose DirectX 9 when you install GShade to use with TS4.

Hello, I have installed reshade a week ago with no problem what so ever, but after having a bit of issues with my game I reinstalled sims4. After the issue was resolved I tried to use my reshade gain but none of the F2 combinations worked, and so I assumed that reshade was deleted so I reinstalled it.This process shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes. Download & install some presets. Once extracted, copy the downloaded preset (s) into the same C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin where you installed Reshade initially. Presets must go into the Bin folder !
