When I changed the color on my Jeep I took the front cap off and painted the insides of the front fenders, hood, and grill with rattle cans, then put them back on and took the Jeep to the painter. Since it was returning a code 18 (non-existent)I was guessing that I had a clipped wire. Found that a chipmunk/rat had snipped the throttle position plug at the plug.
