Xfinity Stream Beta app - TVAPP-00101. I've read on xfinity support that there is an issue with the update sent to Roku and the engineers were working to resolve. The responses to this issue all say contact Xfinity. The Stream app works ok on cell phone. We have already done all the troubleshooting.

What device are you using to access/view Xfinity Stream content? Does that device meet the minimum system requirements for the Xfinity Stream app? Have you tried resetting the device by either unplugging it for ~1 minute from the power outlet? Have you ensured you have the latest update of the Xfinity Stream app?

Xfinity Stream app on Amazon Fire Stick works fine on the same TV that won’t work through Stream app directly. My Samsung software is up to date. This Stream app has always been so frustrating.
