You're pretty close to the 25th percentile, but I would probably skip it and apply test optional, specially if the rest of your application is strong enough. Skip it. If you got a solid gpa I wouldn’t bring it down by reporting those scores. Well my GPA is 3.97-4 (I'm not entirely sure) unweighted so yeah,it might bring it down.

You probably need stellar SAT and extracurriculars plus upward trend and hard classes. I'm talking getting A's in AP classes. If you can afford it, study and retake. I don't know if this is universal but the two CC I've attended have a placement test you can take to forego taking the remedial classes. The sat doesn't really impact your placement. I remember that someone on this thread got into CLEACC with a 1380 early session but idk if the winter one will be more or less competitive. I think you should put all the luck on your side and try and aime for more than 1400.
