You're pretty close to the 25th percentile, but I would probably skip it and apply test optional, specially if the rest of your application is strong enough. Skip it. If you got a solid gpa I wouldn’t bring it down by reporting those scores. Well my GPA is 3.97-4 (I'm not entirely sure) unweighted so yeah,it might bring it down.
