EmulationStation doesn't include PS3 by default. You have to manually add an entry for it. RPCS3 should see the game as long as it's the folder of game files. If you're trying to use ISOs or something, it won't recognize that. You have to extract (and likely decrypt) the ISO.

I have a suspicion you need to make a shortcut of the game and then add that shortcut to the PS3 roms folder. but you need to edit the code of the shortcut. its not hard. right click the game in RPCS3 and click make shortcut, then drag that shortcut into roms. they detail this better on the RPCS3 website about how to change the code. look on ...
