You heal 40% health on activation and you can heal more by killing enemies. When downed, activate the throwable to go into a "swan song-esque" state which lasts until the throwable ends. You can revive a teammate or use a doctor bag while in this state to essentially revive yourself.

Over the years we have gotten so many ridiculous abilities with kingpin/stoic/leech etc. that this feels very tame compared to those things. Nonetheless, this is still a very solid and tanky build. Good damage, 2 shot armor, 2 shot health. How are you supposed to use the ampule when armorgating with bullseye is preferable? You still usually run out of hp in like 4-5 hits with the ampule activated, you can get objectives done, sure, but it's just like swansong.You don't benefit from faster-med bag deployment (unless leech); if you want that 10% reduction, just use FAK.
