Lacerations just take longer to heal than scratches. You do not need anything more than a decent bandage, be aware of any infection (not z-virus) and stay healthy. The wound getting infected is not your concern. You should eat food, being full improves the regen speed of your health. Generally it’s not worth it to take a bandage off, the healing rate of a dirty vs clean bandage is very similar. A wound being infected just causes a small damage over time effect, easily manageable by eating and sleeping.

Burns take awhile, I walked into a trapped house and got four burns, survived but I think it took about two weeks until the last one healed. Hopefully you have a safe place to spend your time and plenty of supplies. Using sterilized bandages and keeping it clean will help it heal faster but expect to be hobbling for awhile. #3.
