This doesn't work on the mechanical Cyberpsychos though, so you'll still have to take those 2 down the hard way. Can also use Contagion, but that takes much longer.

It'll incapacitate them, but if you confirm the kill once they're downed it'll be lethal. You are probably killing them by punching them when they are down. You merely need to be careful with your punches and strikes when they are about to go down.
