ECPI has many graduate programs including nursing, dental assistant, culinary, IT and so much more. My most favorable part was the amazing staff that shaped my experience to be extremely insightful. They empowered all of us students to strive and succeed with flying colors.Work life balance, students are incredible, fellow faculty are very supportive, even outside of my department. The pre-set class structure with regular breaks is great. Unclear about opportunities for advancement. But overall enjoyed the learning experience. Condescending attitude from the IT director at ECPI was not a good experience. He needs to humble himself and learn how to communicate professionally. A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) could prepare you for nursing positions in leadership and management roles. With a BSN, you are equipped with more skills, and you could expect higher compensation. It is worth noting that most employers prefer hiring nurses with a BSN. Most students could take about 4 years to complete a BSN.

Pace is tough for adjuncts. Humanities Faculty (Former Employee) - Virginia Beach, VA - March 23, 2020. I worked as an online adjunct instructor for ECPI. While the opportunity to work at home was appealing, the fast 5 week pace was hard to keep up with and the workload was very heavy considering the low pay.
