Hi, I own a 2013 Cadillac XTS and ever since I got it, I experienced no problems with the CUE system until a few days ago when all of a sudden the lower half of the screen is totally unresponsive (I touch it, nothing!). Motion sensors appear to work just fine. I tried the unplugging of the battery thing, nothing.Just put a new screen on my cue. Still not working. 2016 xts. Pulled the system and replaced screen. It may be possible that the hard drive is dying.
