As this post is geared towards those new to attending conventions, now would be a good time to introduce the “6-2-1” Rule. The 6 stands for a minimum of 6 hours of restful sleep each night – this is important to avoid a mid-day crash and enjoy the convention to the fullest. The 2 stands for a minimum of 2 quality, nutritious meals a day.
