The nerfs given to Shinobi are justified because his character is a blatant spit in the face to the main fight system of this game. THE LIST GOES ON. Shinobi is a broken hero, and his ranged attacks have no place in the game whatsoever, as they ruin the flow of combat and disregard most of the basic rules of it.
