The number of first-year MD students has increased by 35% from 2002-2003 to 2020-2021, and this number is projected to reach 41% by 2025-2026 [1]. As of 2019, the number of first-year DO students has increased by 186% compared to 2002 [1]. People generally struggle to sift through the BS on SDN and then come here crying so people can sooth their fears. It's the internet. Pre-meds are neurotic. The combination of that is going to lead to some insanity and insecurity. SDN is a great resource if you can use it properly. musicalfeet. In California, there is Kaiser Permanente and California University of Science and Medicine School of Medicine. In New York, there is NYU long island.
