Hi I had a bit more complicated problem if this does not work for someone out here. I had litter stuck in the (black or white) sensor housing. I had to wait for the robot to stop itself, open the bonnet, detach globe slightly and clean out channel where globe sits and sensors are housed. Hope this helps someone!
