I felt the same as you until I hit the Section Bank and realized just how much AAMC wants us to know. The 86-page doc and premed95's deck are invaluable also obviously.

Hate to be a downer, but apparently the tests are moving in the direction of the section banks and the AAMC scored is representative in the sense that you're more likely to score around the score that you received on that. I think generally speaking the Qpacks are much easier than the real exam. My exam's CP was around SB or harder while the BB was in between SB and the Qpacks. But I found UWorld on par with the harder section banks imo. I found UWorld to be most helpful for content review. Don't worry too much about the score, just learn. I'd suggest to do KA videos + UWorld passages for content review. Then do AAMC.

I thought the physics was harder than aamc material but still fair. I’ve heard that uworld uses some of the same passages as aamc for cars but never did any. The section banks were the level of the harder passages on test day, but definitely were within the ballpark of things that showed up. Uworld is pretty close to the real deal, especially for a third party company. The BEST thing about Uworld is the crazy in depth explanation for every single question and getting lots of practice with timing down.

I haven't done any AAMC material yet but supposedly it's a lot more about comprehending passages than it is about spitting out stuff you've memorized.General consensus is that it is harder.
