In looking at your picture I see that there are three pex fittings screwed into the valve. There is a good chance that those fittings are leaking at the threads. Before replacing the valve I would inspect the fittings and/or the pex clamps.

If you are winterizing dont forget to drain the hot water heater and dont forget to run pink stuff thru the water pump and the outside shower they will freeze .

Locate and disconnect all hoses connected to the filter. Connect a new hose directly from the main water line into an outlet downstream of where you disconnected it from. Turn on power back on, check for leaks, and test pressure levels.
