I use a Dark Estoc +10 on my SL120 Pyro build that hits pretty hard. Definitely pisses people off. I don't start with my pyro glove visible so once people get frustrated (with the Estoc or Witch's Locks) I'll start snaking them with the magics. (Although my Pyro build is still not really great at PVP... maybe a 0.35-0.4 KDR.)

It's going to depend mostly on how which moveset you like best. Estoc has best range and highest base damage. Rapier is short, but has the best crit damage and is the lightest. Ricard's Rapier has better scaling in dark, chaos, and blessed infusions. Main hand- sharp/chaos/dark estoc. Off hand- sharp rapier for parries.

Estoc is the best of the thrusting swords, but if youre looking for another one handed weapon type, i recommend straight swords. Long Sword, Broadsword or LKSS are great options. LKSS is the best in terms of damage i believe, can be farmed very early, and its the best of them to PVP too.
