We started out just doing the Coal Canyon trail and ended up doing the 16.2 mile loop from Coal Canyon to HooDoo Trail to Spring Creek then through Main Canyon to the Coal Canyon parking area. Highly recommend this . You will be on a 4 wheel drive road for about 6 miles then you’re on a week marked trail .We are planning to cross the highway to install a storm culvert next week beginning April 16 th. This will require us to close the highway overnight for 3 nights. Please see the below details. Location – about 200 ft West of the Rail Road bridge on HWY 72.
