Extra Save Files in BotW. I was thinking, when DLC 1 comes to BotW I would love try hard mode, but I would like to keep my original save and be able to play under my user. I don't think I'm alone at thinking and hoping Nintendo would add a game save to BotW for Hard Mode. There's only two ways to have multiple save files. You can start a new save file in master mode while keeping your current file in regular mode. If you're playing on the switch you can create another user and start a new game on that. Unfortunately it isn't like other Zelda's where you can have the traditional 3 save file slots.
