The last major ban wave that comes to mind was around Rhyhorn community day... A friend of mine had just downloaded ipogo and had only used it roughly a few days before Rhyhorn day and on the community day...wasn't long after was when the wave hit and my friend was down for 7 days...I want to say the modified app was what triggered the wave as it was easily detected by Niantic by their system ... I wonder how Niantic stock is doing with all of us players getting banned nobody will able to play especially us disabled people that you can see they clearly don’t care about. Just play legit for some months. If they keep up the ban waves, one of two things will happen.
