Decided to buy a new gun, I believe the original gun for the MM200 was a GA-20C and according to this site it says a Miller M-25 is compatible.With 3/16" and 1/4" material you might want to use a little preheat with a propane torch to help reduce the effects of "cold start" that is common with aluminum MIG.
