The hotel said they couldn’t cancel as I had booked through traveleuro and the phone no on travel euro app doesn’t work so only means of contacting was email I’ve sent several bot they don’t have the decency to reply I would never use them again it’s worst than a scam. DO NOT use Traveluro. This is as close to a scam as you can legally get without being a scam. I’ll give you the quick rundown of my weekend. Yes, I did booked through Traveluro today in Marbella, Spain. I never received an email confirming my purchase, but the hotel did receive my paid reservation. The 4 star hotel was charging $330 euros, booking.com and other sites were charging $300 euros, but Traveluro charged me $256 euros.
