The last time DLG/KWF tested these saws, the 440 weighted 6.2 kg, the 372 6.4 and the 460 6.5. (Dolmar 7300 and 7900, both 6.4). Husky, Jred and to a lesser degree Dolmar are pretty optimistic regarding the stated/advertised weight of their saws. Stihl are usually closer to the truth, at least on the pro models.

The 390 has some intangibles over a 460 that go beyond the power as well. The 390 is a smoother saw to run and it’s not particularly close, and it filters air better. Not having to knock out that filter is awesome.
