How to reset a ring floodlight camera.
I had this problem for a year with my floodlight cam. Nothing worked, resetting didn't work. Checked RING support, found nothing and gave up. 1 day my son decided to check and found hitting the camera caused the sensors to reset and it works now. Don't beat it to death, just a solid tap here and there till it works.
Hi @clinntf. There is no additional way to put the Floodlight Cam into setup mode. The setup button on the top of the Camera must be pressed in order for the Floodlight Cam to go into setup mode so that you can change the wifi network or reset it.
