Any fixed wing will stall when the critical angle of attack is exceeded, regardless of planform or aspect ratio. Rotary wings don't have low forward speed stall problems because the rotating blades are not exceeding the critical angle (except for a small region near the hub).

The 618 I am getting is a dual Mikuni ignition, Bing54 carb, blue head with thermostat and recirculation setup. It has the ceramic water pump seal, ceramic domed pistons, double oil slots on the crank and a heavy duty rod end bearing installed. Rave valves rebuilt and tuned. All new gaskets/seals, everything done.

The biggest difference between AN and either grade 5 or 8 is that AN bolts have superior corrosion resistance and shorter grip lengths.
