Jan 24, 2015 · I have a 2011 Soul + with the 2.0L engine and it recently threw a P0441 CEL. The code states that there's a problem with the emissions system of the car. Whenever I fuel the car it's very hard to start and once I do get it started it idles rough and I have to keep my foot on the gas for about 30 seconds then it smooths out and runs normal.
