I got a bid through Costco, it was a local chainc well known with good reputation. They came in at twice as much as other bids. I ended up getting a Carrier high efficiency furnace and AC for 1/2 the price and still got 10 year warranty. I suggest asking getting a Costco bid and a couple from reputable vendors in your area.
