hack saw. Can't find anywhere to destroy anything with a hack saw, or a normal saw, or a crowbar, or a shovel, or a splitting axe. In that case that server has probably some mod running that prevents basedeconstruction from outside the base. You'd have to find another way in. #3.

To create a gate, build a fence as you would, then add wire into the fence slot on the far right. With the wire in place, interact with the fence with wire cutters in hand.
