Try clearing the cache or uninstalling and reinstalling the game. A few weeks back I couldn't do any online races or cups etc because the game refused to connect or stay connected. Today, same thing happened, except after reinstalling CSR2, my machine crashed hard again a THIRD time, then went into a continuous reboot cycle that took 4 hard resets to get out of.
