I've just got to 4 mil gp and can finally access proving grounds however my Jedi team can't make a dent in either event. R6 Revan lead, R8 yoda, R5 bastilla, R5 Jolee, R5 Ezra. They're the only full team I have that our Relic 3 and above. What teams did people use to beat these events? You can refresh any given tier twice for a crazy amount of crystals. So in theory you can get up to 60 shards/event, but it's costly. So if you're starting with 0 shards and doing 2 refreshes on a given tier, it will take roughly 6 months to unlock any given toon.
Ben Solo is the Conquest counterpart to Galactic Legend Rey and many of his abilities directly synergize with Galactic Legend Rey. Padme of CLS can do the older ones but for Malgus the only non GL team that really works is Sith trio, Malak and Talon. Padme/CLS can do the easiest events. I've tried Rey, SLKR and JMK (no ult) on the more recent events the last time PG rolled round. For me, Rey is the easiest to complete any given PG with.He's pretty good on offense, especially in GAC. Doesn't provide much of a challenge on defense. If you keep Rey for offense and don't need Ben, run him with JTR. She punches up quite a bit with Ben since the AI seems to ignore him while JTR is still standing. Units like Malak can't handle an unkillable JTR.No. Realistically, there is no way to get conquest characters until you can hit hard mode. It’s possible in normal, but requires significant investment. The only way you get enough to unlock him (before Proving Grounds) is by getting high crates on Hard.
