Edit 2: I've done a similar build out with the UI at 100% (some elements do not allow you to scale down, and some do not scale at all), so it's not as slick as my original. It could also be WA. If so, type /wa and drag it. If you have omnicd, do /omnicd then go to extra bars and uncheck the Lock option and you will be able to move it. Looks like an interesting interface.

The weakaura is for a buff which empowers another spell. I've used the other spell for the icon on the weakaura but inside the options of WA, I want to use the icon for the buff effect. I have a similar setup for my actionbars/WA. Shrunk mine by 50% or so. The reason it would only make a sound when you first enter combat is because it would trigger on your first successful Death Coil cast, then never deactivate. Meaning that subsequent casts wouldn't make a noise because the WA was already activated. What I did to fix this, was set a "Hide Timer".
