Went back to Costco, they sent my glasses back and when returned to me I was told the lens coatings were applied incorrectly. 2 Months later and the new, new glasses are still giving me difficulty. When I asked the tech at Costco to check them she told me the way the various applications, films, are applied to the lenses changed a few years ago.

I told them, and they ran some tests on the lens in store that showed that there might have been a defect in the lens. They sent the glasses back and had the lens recut, which fixed the problem.
