However, we've had another set of DFI & Pinch Sensors go bad this past week (our 2nd in the last year), which has me concerned about long-term viability of the unit. Also I'd like to mention I have the original litter robot 3 that didn't come with connect. But I did install that a year later. I had issues when I first got mine and I thought it was the dfi sensor but just ended up I had to take out the "key" that's in the back and I think there was a cover that was unnecessary too on the inside.
