Mist4j. • 3 yr. ago. For me, they were nothing like ATI. They were very similar to UWorld, but the questions are more direct and straightforward compared to UWorld questions. The questions are also usually shorter and give you less information (I think). I failed my NCLEX a few days ago, but IMO the NCLEX is at the same level/easier than UWorld.

Overall finished in the 98-99th percentile (according to Uworld's performance report). But this past week I started the AAMC CARS diagnostic (I test March 22), and am doing noticeably worse on the diagnostic passages, like getting 4/6 or 2-3/5 on passages, as opposed to 5-6/6 and 5/5's that I was getting on Uworld.
