As far as I know, you can't reset acceptance rate. Doordash did roll out a new future that said you can "reset" AR but it did nothing. Just soft reset it on their end so you could join their top dasher 2.0 program. Then after two weeks if your acceptance rate wasn't above 50% u were booted back out of said program.
