I go through the air strike skill in ordered chaos, then all the way through LBT, and the rest of my points go in BFF. There are Deathtrap Builds that i use with low Anarchy. You can exploit the Make It Sparkle bug. With UCP is even better, i went through all op levels with a lvl 80 shock Fibber just by upgrading a Bee for Gaige and a Love Thumper for DT. Leg. Anarchy builds benefit from Discord. It gives you Control. You have buffed DeathTrap in some ways, but missed out on Upshot Robot, and missed Robot Rampage that gives extra melee abilities, while buffing melee damage elsewhere. Made off Sterner Stuff gives you a whole 5% damage reduction for 5 points. 5% reduction.

Use multi pellet weapons for tge most value with anarchy and close enough, quads, bushwacks, hulks, ravagers, maggie, hail, pimpernel, and mainly the fibber are huge on gaige. Blood soaked shields and cooking up trouble are op early game. Non unique turtle shields will be very strong. The black hole and bee for later game.That doesn't mean that DT builds aren't viable, but you will find that with good weapons, anarchy gaige will always beat out any other build.
