SWBF2015 is pretty much dead. You'll rarely ever find a DLC server on PC unless it's a pre-organized event or something. Yes. Galactic Conquest is the most active and Co-Op too. Other modes are completely empty. I mean you can join but if you're unlucky then you'll have to wait 19 other players to join before the match can even start. From my experience North American region is the most active so go there.
