I use Adamant as a perk overhaul and I am quite happy with its perk progression. I also use WACCF and while I am not especially interested in its gameplay changes, I quite like the tweaks it makes to outfits, and even more the changes from Armor and Clothing Extension that use it as a master.There's other good perk overhauls but ordinator is the most fun if you like mechanic based gameplay for your perk overhauls imo I think if you want something like vanilla but better then adamant is much more your speed. New perks are generally additive and not replacers.
