I haven't messed around with mods yet, but iirc there's a folder you can open from the main window when you open Yuzu in one of the toolbar menus or when you right click one of the games in the list. There you will drag and drop your mod folder then restart yuzu. Once you restart you right click the same game and go to properties and check what mods are active or not. make sure you dont have anything you dont want active ex: ultra widescreen support.
